All orders are processed within 3-7 days.


We ship every day we can and typically through USPS, especially throughout the USA.  Otherwise, we ship via UPS or, possibly, DHL for international orders.

Customs, duties, and taxes

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

We do offer returns on most of our products.  In the event of damage to your product, we may ask you to return it or, possibly, keep the item and we will send a replacement.  We typically ship USPS or UPS, it would be on the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping to P.O. Box 805 Crestone, CO 81131.   Once we receive your return give us 3-5 business days to process your return.
